Dear Father, The heavens proclaim Your righteousness, let all the peoples see Your glory. From Ps 97:6. The heavens do proclaim Your righteousness. Let the people of this nation see Your glory from those at the top–President Obama, his administration, the legislators, judges, military leaders right down to the poorest of the poor. Let all idolaters be confounded and come to follow and worship Jesus Christ.Change our hearts, O God, bring us to repentance and revival.

Heavenly Father, We lift up our nation to you and submit to your sovereignty. Guide our leaders both spiritually and politically. Help them hear your voice, be obedient to you, and use wisdom in their words and actions. Restore the heart of this nation to love and desire your truth and live by your grace. Protect us from harm, and let America be a light that reflects your glory to the world. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Dear Father in Heaven, You helped establish this country and I pray you restore unto us that which time has eroded and done away with. I pray for the many families who have loved ones in the military service, who protect us and the whole world. I pray for those in leadership to turn to YOU O God, Master of the Universe, and to Jesus, our Savior, Who gave His life for us, so we can walk in faith and Hope and love. We pray without ceasing and pray Your benevolence towards your people will never fail. We shall overcome, in Jesus Name, Amen

Father God we pray for our current leaders’: salvation, deliverance, correction, wisdom and direction. Lord God in Jesus’ name for future leaders: raise up leaders in our nation with Biblical based world views. May our leaders be circumcised in heart. May their hearts be tender to the things of God. May they be hungry for righteousness. May they be seekers of truth. May they walk by the light of Your Word. May Your presence be evident by the choices they make, that they have been with You Jesus.

Our Father who art in Heaven, You are the one who breathed life into us, and made us so that we should honor and glorify your name. You have blessed us over and over again, yet we fail to recognize your sovereignty. Lord, I ask that you burden our hearts with a desire to turn our eyes, minds and hearts towards you and ask you to restore our country to the time when your presence in schools and in government was encouraged and recognized.

Father God, You have said, “Come let us reason together.” If we would just make that effort, Lord, it would restore our one-on-one personal relationship with You. “Show me the way I should go, for to You I lift up my soul.” Only You can preserve life to righteousness; only Your truth can bring us out of trouble; only Your Holy Spirit can choke the power of Satan. In Your unfailing love, only You can permanently silence and destroy our enemies, and those that would destroy our nation.
